Licensing FAQ
The information is provided here for convenience to SGA customers. If you have any questions, please ask Support or refer to the SGA License document itself, which is the actual and definitive agreement on these matters.
1. Can I use products purchased to produce commercial games?
Yes, you may produce one commercial game with the assets brought at SGA, you may use once per product. For example If you are producing 2 games then you'll need to purchase 2 licenses of the asset at SGA.
2. Can use assets produce one games on multiple platforms and devices?
Yes, you may use assets to produce on iphone and andriod, provided they are the same game.
3. Do I have the right to modify game asset products?
Yes. You may modify them to make your Creations. Please keep in mind that no matter how much you modify the asset, it still subject to the rules of the SGA License.
4. Can I sell any game assets modified or bought from SGA online?
No. You may NOT re-sale or re-license any game asset Product online. This does not in any way limit your ability to use game asset products to create games or provide to clients.
