SGA Account Registration

SGA reserves the right to suspend or terminate your SGA Account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, not current or incomplete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your SGA Account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions. You will immediately notify SGA of any unauthorized use of your SGA Account.
Billing Information
SGA makes game resource for purchase and download via the Site and Services. If you choose to make a purchase via the Site and Services, you will be asked to provide customary billing information such as name, billing address and credit card information either to SGA or its third party payment processor. You agree to pay SGA for all purchases made via the Site and Services and you hereby authorize the collection of such amounts by charging the credit card provided as part of your order, either directly by SGA or indirectly, via a third party online payment processor. SGA may also delete all copies of the resource you have downloaded in the event you fail to make all payments due. If you are directed to SGA’s third party payment processor, you may be subject to terms and conditions governing use of that third party’s service and that third party’s Privacy Policy. Please review such third party’s terms and conditions and privacy policy before using the services. All sales are final and there shall be no refunds except as required by law.

Content License
Subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions of these Terms, SGA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to all resource purchased from SGA store, without the right to sublicense contents. You may use, copy, adapt, modify, prepare derivative works based upon all purchased asset from SGA Store.
You may use of the item in one single end product you or one client may sell to end users. You can do this directly or, if you're a freelancer, you can create the end product for one client to distribute to its end users. You can charge your client to produce the single end product. Distribution of source files is not permitted.
Feedback
We welcome and encourage you to provide feedback, comments and suggestions for improvements to the Site and Services (“Feedback”). You may submit Feedback via the Site at http://supergameasset.com/contact. You acknowledge and agree that all Feedback will be the sole and exclusive property of SGA and you hereby irrevocably assign to SGA and agree to irrevocably assign to SGA all of your right, title, and interest in and to all Feedback, including without limitation all worldwide patent, copyright, trade secret, moral and other proprietary or intellectual property rights therein.

SGA reserves the right to revoke your access to and use of the Site, Services and Content and to terminate these Terms, with or without cause, at any time.
